Why should I book the airport transfer at istanbul.travel?

We have been focusing exclusively on Istanbul since 2007 and offer exclusive service to Istanbul travelers. Are hidden costs still to be expected?

No, our prices are fix! there are no additional costs. The price depends on the type of vehicle used, which is selected at the time of booking. We will drive you from the airport to the hotel in Istanbul city center and, if you wish, back from the hotel to the airport.

Where will I be picked up or how will you recognize me?

We will already be waiting for you at the airport terminal. They recognize us by a large name tag and company logo. There we will greet you and drive to the hotel. If our customers are late in waiting (such as baggage claim or passport control, etc.), we will wait up to 2 hours for them at the airport terminal.

What should I watch out for when doing the return?

You will be picked up at the hotel reception and taken to the airport. For this it is important to specify the address of the hotel when booking.

Why is the advance booking and payment necessary?

We offer our customers a personal exclusive premium service . For a city like Istanbul, with well over 15 million inhabitants, this requires complex and meticulous planning. We want to ensure our clients a reliable and punctual transfer service with planning security. Furthermore, we would like to neither the customer, nor our driver no payment modalities suburb. In addition, every empty journey leads to unnecessary environmental pollution due to traffic conditions; It is also time and cost intensive.

Until when can I cancel for free?

In principle, due to the complex planning, bookings can be canceled at least 48 hours before the booked transfer date free of charge. For cancellations no later than 24 hours before the planned transfer, 50% of the transfer costs have to be paid and for all other cases the full price has to be paid. The cancellation must be carried out by the customer in writing by e-mail or via the customer login.

What about flight delays?

Basically, we offer our customers an exclusive premium service. Therefore, we will try everything to drive our customers as agreed from the airport to the hotel. If the customer has informed us correctly when booking the flight number, we can adjust in advance and reschedule at short notice. Otherwise, we will wait for our customers at the airport up to 2 hours after the planned booking date.

Is there a discount for further bookings?

Yes, our customers will receive 10% discount for each additional transfer direct booking. However, only if you book at least 48 hours before the transfer date on our website.

I only booked the outward flight, is the return transfer included?

No, every transfer "Airport-Hotel" or "Hotel-Airport" must be booked separately. However, our customers can conveniently book additional transfers via our website up to 24 hours in advance. For short-term bookings, a telephone vote is necessary.
